With a dynamic, highly qualified, and multidisciplinary team, we bring profound expertise across strategy development and performance integration, data analytics and statistical data management and analysis solutions, talent and HR management, governance, and reporting. We are specialists in strategy development, the design and institutionalization of organizational and individual performance, performance reporting, corporate governance and risk, talent management, risk management, data analytics and business process design and human resource management.
Our team has senior management experience in provincial and local government, the Auditor-General’s office, and top-tier consulting firms (including the Big 4). This gives us a unique ability to bridge policy, execution, and accountability—delivering solutions that are both practical and impactful.

Our clients include local, provincial, and national government across the Eastern Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng, Northern Cape, and Western Cape. We currently support over 40 municipalities in enhancing performance and human resource management through integrated governance solutions. Our strategic partnerships with nationally recognised representative of local government, i.e. IMPSA,
the professional body for municipal people practitioners, further strengthens our impact in the sector. We take pride in contributing to the success of more than 70% of our clients who have continuously achieved clean audits since 2017, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to strengthening the South African local government landscape.

Director Operational Management, Adele Yiatses, leads with precision and purpose by streamlining processes, driving project implementation, optimising staff performance and ensuring our strategic goals are translated into measurable, high-quality and value adding outcomes.
Director Compliance, Glynis Abrahams, provides integrity and accountability by ensuring every aspect of our organisation complies with regulatory standards and ethical best practices – fostering trust, transparency and sustainable business conduct across organisations.

Attie Butler
Well-known as the expert in strategy development and business process design. This Big 4 trained consultant pioneered the design and implementation of shared services and performance management in SA local government. He acts as strategic advisor to various organisations. Registered Government Auditor (RGA) with extensive public-sector performance and regularity audit and risk management experience gained with the Auditor-General. She is well-known for her expertise in the implementation of performance management and the implementation of governance processes in local government for more than 18 years.Edward Jantjies
This human resources and talent management guru holds an MPA. PGDIP PM, PG Education, B Econ and is a member of IMPSA and SABPP. He has more than 20 years executive leadership experience in local government and is responsible for the implementation of R890 and human resource management consulting projects. Her expertise lies in ensuring legislative compliance and driving service delivery through strategic planning and operational efficiency. Having served in local government for over 18 years, focussed on IDP, Performance, Compliance and Risk management at the municipal level, she brings a wealth of practical knowledge and leadership in embedding good governance practices within the public sector.Ermin Dreyer
