IGNITE Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd was established in 2007 and specialize in consulting in all spheres of government. Our professional team is diverse, multi-disciplinary and highly qualified, covering the fields of strategy development and performance integration, talent and performance management, human resources, governance, and reporting. Our success is built on sound client service, specialization principles and our strategy to grow from within. The employees of Ignite own 70% of the business shares, which means that the employees can grow in their own skillsets and take real ownership of the work they deliver.

Our team has worked in provincial government, local government, Auditor-General and Big 4 Consulting firms as senior managers.

Our clients include local, provincial, and national government in mainly Eastern Cape, Gauteng, Kwazulu-Natal as well as the Northern and Western Cape. We are supporting more than 40 municipalities with performance management.
Twelve (12) of the twenty (20) municipalities that achieved a clean audit for the 2018/19 financial year have been our clients for more than 10 years.

Leadership
We have a dynamic leadership team, with Attie Butler as CEO and co-founder. He motivates and drives us to constantly innovate and provide our customers with the best solutions, that consistently add value to their industry.
He is supported by Adele Yiatses as the associate director, who coordinates all the operational delivery and ensures consistency and the exceptional standards that we are known for.

Attie Butler
Well-known as the expert in strategy development and business process design. This Big 4 trained consultant pioneered the design and implementation of shared services and performance management in SA local government. Registered Government Auditor (RGA) with extensive public-sector performance and regularity audit and risk management experience gained with the Auditor-General. She is well-known for her expertise in the implementation of performance management and the implementation of governance processes in local government for more than 15 years.Edward Jantjies
This human resources and talent management guru holds an MPA. PGDIP PM, PG Education, B Econ and is a member of IMPSA and SABPP.
